In short
Scientific Cleaning and Restoration works out of a League City office on two kinds of jobs: getting water, mold and the damage they leave out of a house or business, and the deep cleaning of carpet, furniture, floors and ducts that a humid Gulf Coast house needs. The phone is answered 24/7.
The two halves of our work
The restoration half starts with a call about water: a split supply line, an overflowing attic AC pan, a sewer backup or floodwater from outside. We extract it, dry the structure to measured targets, remove what cannot be saved and handle the repairs that follow.
The cleaning half is steady, scheduled work: carpet cleaning, upholstery, tile and grout, air ducts and odors that outlast a cleanup. The two halves share one habit: find what is in the material, remove it, and leave the material dry.
How a job runs from the call to the cleanup
You call
Any hour. We ask where the water is coming from or what needs cleaning, and walk you through a shutoff if water is moving.
We look and measure
Meters and a thermal camera show where water went. For cleaning jobs we check fiber, fabric codes and stains first.
You hear the plan
The water category, what can be dried in place, what has to come out, and what the job involves before work starts.
We do the work
Extraction, drying, removal and cleaning, with readings or notes taken on every visit.
We hand it back
Equipment out, the area cleaned, and photos and readings handed to you or your adjuster.

Where we work
Our office is in League City, and we cover the city's neighborhoods and the places around it in Galveston, Harris and Brazoria counties, from Friendswood and Pearland to Kemah, Texas City and Galveston. The Bay Area Houston page explains the coverage and where it ends.
