What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Scientific Cleaning and Restoration collects through this website and through phone calls to the number shown on it, and how that information is used.
Information you give us
When you call, we ask for the details needed to help: your name, phone number, the service address, and a description of the problem. If you share photos or insurance details during a job, we keep them with the job record.
Information collected by the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and a Google map loads only if you press the View map button, so those services receive a standard request from your browser at that point.
How we use information
We use your information to answer your call, schedule and carry out the work, document jobs, including for your insurer when you ask us to, and keep business records. We do not sell personal information.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to do the work you ask for: with your insurance company or adjuster at your request, with service providers that support our business, when the law requires it, or, if a call is forwarded to another provider because we cannot respond in time, with that provider so they can help you.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept as long as needed for the work and for business recordkeeping, tax and legal purposes, and then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call the number on this site to make a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
